Cheap CD Drives

The local Sea Cadets unit that my son goes to has just been donated a dozen half decent PC's ( 2 yrs old ). The problem is that none of them have CD-ROM drives in them. Anyone know a good source of cheap IDE drives they can go to to replace them?
