    Why not just ask your boss, suggesting that all employees need to have some degree of aptitude test?

    Or have they told you that this is coming, and you're worried you might fail and put your permie job at risk??

    Anyone know any way to get a copy of the software? Happy for one that may melt the pc casing....

    I would like to do another Belbin test to compare to the one I did a few years back, and see how I have changed, if at all!
