I saw a poster advertising that 'you can catch the Red Arrows in London today!' a while back, so hung about expecting some exciting aerial manouvres or similar, it turns out it was just the Red Arrows themselves, without planes! And they didn't even wear their uniforms, the swines!

Nowt wrong with a bit of creative criticism before you unleash it on those who once they've said no will be a lot harder to get back onboard.

As it is, as long as we can find all the porn Google hides from us (such as the lesbian session between Kelly Brook and Cameron Diaz, I know it exists somewhere) on your search engine, we'll be happy.

You said it Gordon - it is a B2B operation, certainly an IR35 proof

Where do we buy the penny shares just incase? Can't be any more of a gamble than the lottery.

I'm also signing up for the buy Liverpool FC scheme. I'm sure there are another 99,999 people out there who don't think they'll get ripped off to the tune of £5k each by the scousers.
    So where's my invite?

The decision to buy Yahoo is proly analyzed by 100s of people far more clever than any one here. Microsoft's business model is like nothing else there is. Think about how much time you think whether to invest 4000 quid. Then think of how much is thought before offering 44 B.

Having worked at Yahoo!, I don't think that many of the developers would be staying around to work for Microsoft. They're good enough to work for Microsoft already if they want to, and they don't want to.

So Microsoft would finish up with a company whose most important assets would gather together their free t-shirts and inflatable mallets and walk out the door.

BBC reports that Microsoft wants to buy Yahoo. They have sent them a letter (how quaint) offering them a lot more than their market worth. They would be foolish not to go for it really.

MSN have tried to take on Google. Their search is whack to be honest. A combination could be good. But knowing MS they will just make a mess of it. All that money and resource and talent at their disposal and they continue to fail miserably in providing a good competitor to Google.
    Thanks for changing the title....
