    The only way house prices are going to fall to a fraction of what they are now is if everyone loses their job.

    So if you want the large country residence for £500K, hope for 90% unemployment. This is assuming you have £500K in the bank to pay for it.

    Just heard the head of trading tell the traders opposite me 'this years bonuses are going to be tulip' , and this is bank has done ok, doubt I will be renewed come April then.
