No. New years resolutions are proof positive that it's impossible for anyone to keep to all laws all the time. You can't improve yourself.

Same here. I don't get fat over the feastive Cristmas period, I just get hotter and less hungry. My brother screwed his knees and lower back from running. He is 14 stone though. I swim, etc and have no joint problems.Originally posted by sasguru View PostI'm the same weight as I ever was. I upped my daily jog from 3 miles to 6 over the Christmas period though. I do actually- can't remember the make, saucony or something like that.Originally posted by sasguru View PostDo you used specialised trainers? Now I'm getting older, I think my joints are suffering somewhat.
Some people made me run barefoot on the treadmill and filmed my feet then sold me some special expensive ones. Got rid of my shin splints

I bet you enjoyed each one of those pounds though Franko?
That's all that matters!!
Anyway...that's a decent weight for a bloke isn't it? Why are you trying to loose more?
I had lost half a stone more, but I put it all back on since finishing work on the 21st
It was always going to be a hard month
