    Good grief. On last contract I always used a Vodaphone GPRS modem in a laptop as was cheaper than BT wanted to connect the phone in the flat. Fairly cheap, reasonable speed.

    Top tip:
    If using a GPRS, download dirty stories instead of porn pics. Much smaller files. There's a good website of mucky stories.
