Was really boring, we were in the Dover St. Wine Bar which aint too far.

I wholly agree about the diet. However I would not be so certain that one cannot run enough:

I agree. Running is carp.

Also, despite the carp being discussed here the way to loose weight is to eat less. You need exercise to keep muscles healthy, since you don’t want them being metabolised instead of fat.
