    How the hell have they determined what the interest rate cut means after what...3 days? I doubt that many properties have come onto the market in the last week to change the figure...seems like they were just looking for stuff to pad out that "press release".

    For a company selling "analytical" services that report sure does use a lot of subjective words such as "leapt" and "breakneck".

    In my case I only deal with numbers and not muppets.
