Anyway, I think the DoE is a fine chap. Tells it like it is. Not a mealy-mouthed, lying numpty like the 650 idiots we elected to run the country and award themselves massive pay rises and gold-plated pensions.
I always thought it was one of those words (can't remember what they're called) that speel the same but have two meaning depending on the context.... I wus wrong!
