The majority does get spent at home, but I normally donate reasonably large sums to a few others.
-
Just out of interest, did anyone from CUK donate anything to Children In Need?
I know I didn't - I have a few select charities that I donate money to, and that isn't one of them.

Being a tad cynical I do wonder what the money donated actually acheives. Recently we heard that all the money donated to Africa is dwarfed by the money Africa spends on its wars. One would doubt if these pots are entirely separate.
The reality is that (children in need) = (children of failed cultures and failing parents). Does the money make a real difference or does it just make us feel good to help cute little kids? I would like to see a little less sentiment and a little more independent research that shows the money really makes a difference.

Why can't a find a "get a life, online" web site?Originally posted by BrowneIssue View PostHa! Fake. The real TOGmeister is on 7 to 9, Monday to Saturday on the Light Programme.
Somebody, somewhere MUST have done a parody e-commerce site where you can order a life for yourself online. The idea being you can provide the link to sad people - like me - for humour purposes.
C'mon, you talented and underemployed people, get on with it.
Get one written. Don't forget to send me the link so I can make use of it.

Catch me every weekday morning from 7:30 to 9:30.Originally posted by VectraMan View PostWogan gets £800K p.a. for his Radio 2 contract. Based on 40 weeks per year (about right I reckon), and 2 hours a day, that's a £2000 hourly rate.
I wonder who he is on CUK?

Don't worry, he is already suffering unspeakable agonies as due punishment. I have made him listen to Terry Wogan's radio show.Originally posted by wendigo100 View PostThe Busybody even called The Master's hirsutedness a "silly little beard". He won't like that.
