Generally, I can be relied upon to put in a good 45 to 50 minutes actual work during the week.

I assure you it's kosher. I did have some difficulty - everytime I set the timer and rushed back it went off at the wrong time.
So I may have photoshopped it a bit - so sue me

At Nestlé "Globe" project, they put in a 45 hour week and wondered why there was no change in productivity.
At times like that it's good to be on hourly rate!
