Anyone taken a Kolbe test? - One for the CV?
I took a Kolbe A test this morning as part of a business growth training course I’m doing. It’s a bit like an IQ test but instead of determining your level of intelligence it measures your areas of natural strengths and weaknesses. Has anyone else taken one and would you put your Kolbe score on your CV? Their client list is quite impressive:
