Is it free to take? Might be interesting, but I'd not put it on my CV, in the same way I wouldn't put my IQ score or Meyers Briggs test results on there.Originally posted by Jog On View PostI took a Kolbe A test this morning as part of a business growth training course I’m doing. It’s a bit like an IQ test but instead of determining your level of intelligence it measures your areas of natural strengths and weaknesses. Has anyone else taken one and would you put your Kolbe score on your CV? Their client list is quite impressive:

Unless it said the truth, which is (of course) that I have no weaknesses, and am great at everything.
