yes folks, today is the day I get to be on tv and p!ss off Jeremy Kyle in one foul swoop...

have been told not to wear any clothes with offensive logos, no stripes, no black and white combo... but huge headphones were not mentioned

So plan of attack is to be the casual tv audience member right until Jeremy starts talking to the audience and then put on these..
