In the 38th & 39th chapters of the book of Ezekiel, we're told a military invasion attempt will take place in the prophetic future against the nation of Israel. Those the Bible says will participate in this surprise attack are believed by most to be as follows:

Magog - Most agree this is a reference to Russia.
Meshech - Most associate this with modern day Turkey, ancient Anatolia, but some say it refers to the Moscow area.
Tubal - Most associate this with modern day Turkey, ancient Anatolia.
Persia - modern Iran
Ethiopia
Libya
Gomer - eastern Europe or Turkey
Togarmah - southeastern Europe or Turkey

The prophet Ezekiel, as recorded in chapters 38 & 39 of the book of the Bible bearing his name, saw that the military alliances we presently see forming and, in some cases, strengthening today were going to form THOUSANDS of years ago.

Those of us warning a world that has forgotten its God of its need to return to His favor through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord aren't following cunningly devised fables. Our God has made known the end from the beginning.

The end of this world, at least as it is presently known is, is demonstrably drawing near. It is clearly seen, believe it or not, in Russia's renewed interest in allying itself with the enemies of Israel in preparation of Ezekiel 38 & 39's fulfillment.

Skeptics of the Word of God take heed to the words of Ezekiel 38:7-8:
Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them. After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.

To accuse the leadership of this amazingly vibrant, productive and
decadent civilization of unleashing a plot to purposely smash the engine which they themselves have sweat to build and maintain, is to propose a contradiction.

It is an odd conspiracy which, after a hundred or two hundred years, intentionally produces prosperity when it is alleged to be conspiring for pauperization.
