    http://www.sopcast.org/ it’s free and because it’s P2P the more people that watch the better the PQ, it runs at about 4 minutes behind live to allow for buffering.

    Use this http://www.rojadirecta.org/ to select the channels, they often only get listed a few hours before but most will be there.
