Why am I not surprised that the police obviously thought there was a case to answer (as they handed a file accross to the CPS) but the CPS decided to do nothing with it.

Also the woman who decided not to prosecute is linked to Cherie Blair aparently.... No conflict of interests there hey....

Lord Levy knows he got away with it:

Yet another nail in the coffin of British justice. One rule for them...

Don't know what you lot are complaining about.

Everyone is richer now than ever before because of house prices.
Those with massive mortgages/debts can just default and get an IVA
(google returns over 81 million results for debt management)

There's a job for everyone as lonk as you don't mind handing out leaflets or wearing a sign that says 'Golf Sale'

    Well done us, I say.
    Trebles all round!

Bit like the old joke from the seventies that someone broke into the Kremlin and stole next years election results.

It ain't a joke no more, I bet El Gordo's got the results for the next 20 years stashed (oop's sorry Home Secretary, not you) away in his bunker.

Looks like labours week, no charges on 'cash for honours' , a scandal which any other PM would have resigned over.

Two election wins and they come out squeaky clean for saying they’ve all had a puff on wacky backy!! FFS what’s this country coming to?

With all the spin around, they could take a cr*p in public and say they were doing their bit for the environment fertilising England’s (ok the UK’s) green fields …..

    Rant over

Possibly only nothing charged at the moment. Once this crowd gets booted out the new administration may find some "new evidence".

The new Justice Department means that the law is now effectively under Cabinet control.

I'm not so sure. Just because no charges were brought doesn't mean the arrests were wrongful, and if they sue, they don't know what will come out in court. I reckon they'll settle for humiliating the investigators and perhaps a behind the scenes resigniationor two.
