She has n't got one! It is not existant, to misquote Monty Python it is an ex-career. She had one, but lost it when she opened her big cakehole and proved how stupid she is. OK she got the career by opening her big cakehole and proving how stupid she is, so nothing changed there, but there is no career there.

So, really the Pyramids should be The Wonder Of The World, and then you could have a list of Some Other Fairly Nice Places.
The original list can be traced to Herodotus (484-425 BC, probably). Naturally it only includes sights that would be seen by Greek tourists. Stonehenge already existed by then (the first stages are about 1000 years older than the pyramids) but the Greeks didn't know about it.

Later mediaeval lists naturally folowed the Hellenic writings.

Pyramids of Giza should be on the list because they were on the old list.

    I voted for:

    Acropolis
    Angkor Watt
    Petra
    Taj Mahal
    Stonehenge
    Great Wall of China
    Macchu Piccu

Can't believe the Angel of the North wasn't among the contenders
If we are going to have 7 new wonders of the world would it not be better if they were actually new.

No mention of the Channel Tunnel which while it may be heavily in debt is still an incredible feat of engineering.

Hows about the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur.

The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco (speaking of which hows about the Tram Network in San Francisco - built buy a British man of course )

Surely we could come up with 7 New Wonders of the World
