For example, how did you find out about IR35 in 1999? Not from Gordon, I'll bet! More likely Andy White or similar, who stumbled over it hidden in a bill about something else.

And when you praise Brown's results - is his "economic miracle" not the biggest deception of all?
    Dear Wendy

I was just going to respond when I realised that its nearly closing time in this cybercafe - anyway I just wanted to say that I have always liked you even though sometimes we disagree on certain points.

    Peace be with us all.

Where Blair was full of hot air Brown delivers by results a far better chioce for Prime Minister - the only pity is that he wasnt given the leadership a long time before now.

And Brown is not a spinner with his cons like 2% reduction in income tax, which is probably the most honest thing he has done with finances so far? It is not Blair who is responsible for all this debt on which the economy was put on it: the only serious mistake Blair made was Iraq, and even that due to foreign contract with USA, I am pretty sure any other PM would have done the same, perhaps in a less butt kissing way though.

Brown is as much of an incompetent, spinning koont as the last man.

He has, theyre both fecked, the government has bought loads of hospitals on HP, tax take is falling due to importing cheap labour and Globalisation, we have employed a bunch of useless numptys in the civil service that will cost us a fortune to lay off or pension.

Just imagine you had a romanian cook, polish housekeeper, scottish nanny and three porsches for them to drive. A £1 million house with a 125% mortgage. Then you receive a redundancy notice because the FTV you hired can do your job at half price. Thats what condition the UK economy is in.

Basically once Gordon takes over (bails out) as PM his replacement will be phoning those nice people at Picture for a loan faster than you can say Prudence.

Are you one of those people who called for Flintoff to be England's cricket captain, or Keegan to be the football manager?

    Indeed I am!!!

Its fair to say that in my various professional roles I have made the decision to not allow myself voting rights when it comes to Vendor Selection!!

I should also say that I have never allowed myself to vote...I am a self-confessed baboon and let my heart rule my head on nearly every occassion...

    Boris for PM!!!

For Brown to start saying "Things are going to be different" is an admission of his own failures during the Blair era.

The man is a complete hypocrite with no mandate from the British people.

I thought it was the most amatuer uninspiring speech I've ever seen...the content was fine but leadership of this country is about exactly that, leadership!

It might have been nerves and he might get better...but it left me feeling pretty dispirited because if he keeps this up then we are gonna be ruled by that twit Cameron...
