    Over the last few years people have made easy money on property, shares and Commodities.

    My offset mortgage and savings account as of yesterday are now equal so I am no longer exposed to rate increases.

    Late last week I sold all my options, index tracker funds, ETFs and my crappy endownment (10yrs out of 20 left) and all the capital has gone into an ICESave savings account (5.7%).

    Where do you think the next easy money opportunity lies.
