All they need is that face-recognition system (part of the biometric ID card project) linked to the auto fine issuing system and we'll be getting them through the post for picking our nose in public soon.
Funny how the systems that generate the government revenue seem to work whereas all the rest of the government projects are a complete mess.
I think the next evolutional step in beauty makeup is going to be disguises with the way this country's going.
