Local authorities are full of people that can't be disciplined, it is very hard to fire anyone and if they discipline them they will go to the union/go off sick.
nice troll though.

Thank you to all of you who contributed to such a lively debate (especially you SA and all your EMU friends).
Firstly, it wasn’t made up, or bait; it’s a real situation going on in a London borough.
Secondly, I apologise for originally omitting the fact that the matter was brought up after the first complaint was made but the person in question simply denied the allegation and suggested that ‘other agendas’ were in play.
Third. I emailed the link to this post to my mate. I'll spare you his opinion on the rants, needless to say, neither of us can say for sure if SA and her EMU friends are ex-social workers but if you ever consider a career change, you’ll fit in just nicely. That or some busy-body in the CRE.
Fourth. My mate has decided to put in writing to HR the advice he was given by them and will refer any future complaints about this person straight to HR. (Sensible move, in my racist, bigoted numptey opinion!)
Finally, SA and your EMU friends - you lot are a priceless! That's why I just love this forum.
