Tell them you've been testing a new security tool and it's highlighted their wireless network as being vulnerable. Say if they give you 5 mins you'll secure it for them, at no (noticable) cost.

If you have a laptop, buy a wireless card bus. If you have a desktop PC, buy a USB wireless link. Scan for unprotected wirelss access pointsin the neibourhood, hijack it and surf for free. (By the way, this is illegal of course, no, not buying a card bus or USB WiFi link, the other bit).
    already tried that

Three options I can think of:

    1. via a mobile phone operator, usually relatively expensive and not fast enough for large downloads so no high quality porn I'm afraid. Orange were offering a good deal for PAYG sim customers last year (may still do), which was fast enough for general surfing.

    2. BT line but go via a LLU provider (such as Bulldog) and get the line installed either free (they sometimes have special offers) or a lot cheaper than BT. The line will still be installed by a BT engineer but you won't feel as shafted afterwards.

    3. Offer to set up a wireless network for a neighbour. Get them the latest mimo or 'long range' router and as long as you're not living in an old building with thick brick walls you'll be able to connect up at your leisure. Don't forget to set up security so no-one else can hack into it, hogging your bandwidth
