Yes, to hit 5000 in a year you only need to post an average of 13.7 per day. SA is currently posting at the rate of 18.6.
Now if you are looking for quality posts then I'm afraid that 5000 in a year would not be possible. You can count the number of quality posts on here on the fingers of one foot.
