    The parish council no longer exists so I presume it goes up a level that is unless individual councillors have been named so are now personally responsible.

    Worthy of Private Eye.

    I worked in a large UK company. Our HR person, for reasons of organisation, was also the HR person for the directors. In private conversation she told me how much she enjoyed seeing directors squirm in the dock at tribunals, after they ignored her advice, when the judge would tell them what utter arses they were.
