    Is this work even outside OPW? Seems to me that there's a lot of control by the client and very limited rights of substitution.

    Under a “golden ratchet” clause in the Sovereign Grant Act, the amount of money handed to the monarch can never fall, even if the crown estate’s profits decrease.
    Only questionable thing IMO. Then again we had the absurd triple lock...

    They need to do a breakdown of spending, things like security, travel, hosting and building maintenance are going to be huge costs that will exist regardless of Monarch or President.
