    It may be impossible to get fired if you work in a warehouse but Amazon technology staff are at constant risk of being put on a PIP and being fired.

    Endangered Amazon! Leaked report from e-commerce giant warns it could run out of new warehouse staff to hire in the US by 2024 after churning through its ENTIRE workforce every year thanks to famously grueling shifts
    • An internal document from Amazon said in part: 'Amazon will deplete available labor in the US by 2024'
    • The most impacted areas include the outskirts of Los Angeles, Phoenix, Memphis and Wilmington, Delaware
    • The company had an attritional rate among employees of 159% in 2020
    • One former manager said because the company is scared of the attritional rate: 'It almost impossible to get fired at Amazon'
    • Andy Jassy, the company's CEO, said Amazon has a 'ways to go' with regard to employee safety
    That takes some work pissing off that many staff!
