I guess you wouldn't Although I expect that this spec will give Mr Z ( a programme/project manager) a jolly good laugh, so not a total loss.

Worth putting the agent in the 'avoid where possible' club though ('Do you have 10 years Prince 2?', 'What about Prince 3??' )
