The sad thing is that it isn't funny. Will it really be great for the economy? I'm sure many companies will be wetting themselves at the prospect of having a large cheap labour pool again.
However, tell that to the poor sod that will graduate with £50k of debt and then have a smaller chance of getting a job unless they're prepared to work for minimum wage.
