Umberella company offering increased take home under IR35
I have been approached by an Umberella Company saying that they can increase my weekly take home by almost 50%. I'm on a contract inside IR35 and on questioning him it seems like he is asking me to pay tax,Ni etc only on National Minimum wage and the rest will be a non-assured income and hence cannot be taxed .
Has anyone come across this before ? Any warning signals going up? I dont want to end up with a massive tax bill from HMRC .Tags: None
