Birmingham is the mid point for all the sites of explosions & the Congestion Charge & DVLA offices have been targeted.
What the police should be doing is looking for someone based in Birmingham with a grudge against the motoring authorities - possibly as a result of a misdemeanour and a perceived sense of injustice.
Because of the nature of the incidents the perpetrator is likely to originate from another country where "direct action" is a accepted method of protesting.......if this profile sounds familiar to any of us we have a duty to report our suspicions to the authorities
