    Sounds like a really difficult job. Sticking all the stringy lines of chocolate together.

    Could they not just snap them half. Like some ice cream sellers do. Always felt short changed when they did that.

    The flakes we consume in the UK are made in Egypt. Sadly the UK doesn't have the technology or know-how to work with advanced materials like chocolate. Chocolate only reached the UK in 1974 after joining the Common Market.
