I thought London had had naff all snow and then saw lots of pictures from someone I follow on Instragram of quite reasonable amounts of the stuff in some parts.

Snow?
I've seen very little about snow on CUK, does that mean most of you haven't had any? Up here in the NE it started on Sunday night and snowed for 3 days. It's been below zero for the whole week so even now the snow is soft and powdery, no melting or ice at all... like being at a ski resort!
On the negative side, our pipes froze inside it's been so cold.
This is the view I woke to the other morning:
Another small negative is that we can't actually get in or out by car, this is as far as anyone has made it as it's a bit of a slope. Like chumps, we didn't fit our winter tyres this year!

Possibly I'm finding excuses not to work... anyone else good some good snaps?
