He returns tomorrow(trying to get a flight now via Frankfurt). I told him he needs -ve COVID test and self isolate for 10 days. He asked if in a hotel so I said yes. He is booking hotel now.
My question is shoud I tell him on day1 that he does not need a hotel or wait until he calls me?
