There is sod all profit in running an umbrella company so I wouldn't be picking one based on referral incentive. The "umbrellas" that offer referral fees will be the ones pocketing the tax money they should be paying HMRC on your behalf.

If you want to put money into a pension go for Clarity or someone else.

If you want cheap go for Fair Pay

In both cases tell them eek sent you and you may get something for it.
