It's about a sleepy village police station threatened with redundancy, due to the absence of crime in the area for many years. So the coppers decide to set up speed traps to gain some convictions. Needless to say, it all goes horribly wrong and then from bad to worse when the chief constable driving past is accidently pole-axed with that 30 MPH sign one of them is stuggling with in the picture!
