    One of our contractors had just joined us and had a holiday booked. The other party in the project changed the deadline so he had to attend some calls from Spain.

    We ripped him about coming to business meetings in speedos (He is a retired Grandfather Welshman who built a pub in his garden and a good laugh) .

    He seemed to enjoy the arrangement.

    You know you only work half the time you are awake.
