Read up on Oracle ADF. It is what they are pushing all Forms and Reports developers to (see statement of direction for forms on OTN). It is basically a J2EE framework but you get to learn all the fun new stuff like JSF, EJB 3....
Check out the JDeveloper bit on OTN. Has a link to ADF site from there.

Learn .NET and SQL Server 2005 and never look back.

I am wanting to do some Oracle training - the web apps end mostly some DB.

Been looking in a fog of Oracle courses everywhere for everything.

Any recommendations for a sweet spot of good bits to learn for a servlets/ASP/JSP developer?

Or a good book to self learn to put it all together?

Or just go for .NET?
