It is closely (100 yards or so) surrounded on all sides by other islands, Inchtavannach to the West, Inchmoan to the South, and Inchcruin to the East, and a bit further Inchlonaig to the North.
So you wouldn't necessarily have much privacy on your "private" beaches.
