So pretty much the same as people with EU Freedom Of Movement had to go to certain other countries who've signed up for it.

Er, yes. But then, they always have been. Now they've just got easier entry to the UK, so it's an improvement.

So all China needs to do is take all money from those trying to get the hell out of there and voila - no means to support themselves.

The smart ones already have funds abroad.
