Is it me, or are those photos slightly sus? Kim Jong's outline seems a bit too sharp, as if his image was cut out and photoshopped in.

Most sensible dictators travel abroad for their medical treatment. Mugabe used to go to Singapore, there was the Ethiopian nasty who died in hospital in Brussels, and Chavez went to Cuba for his treatment (which says much about the state of Venezuelan health-care - we dodged a serious Corbyn-shaped bullet there).

Perhaps Fat-Boy Fat should have gone private?

Funnily enough for all Cuba's manifold faults, they do healthcare pretty well (although not as well as the sad pro-Cuba rump communists in the West make out).
