    Apparently this is indeed true. I don't recall hearing anything on Radio 4 but I only had it on until The Archers started so it may not have reached the news outlets yet.

    Heard a rumour Javid had resigned. Anyone heard anything ???

    This should cancel the public sector IR35 changes and the loan charge, plus lead to lower taxes all round !!
