yeah. I';m being told I'll be canned a month earlier than my contract end date (should have been end of April)
they've offered perm at a really quite fantastic salary though... but really wanted that last month of contract rate with them

Just been given 4 weeks notice by a british telecommunications company.

Bit surprised to actually get that much notice.

Slightly disappointed to not make it to planned contract end-date of March 27th, as invoice payment would have landed on April 3rd.

So be it. Onwards.
