    2011 census states 36,313 born in Russia resident in England, 687 in Wales, 2180 in Scotland and 349 in NI
    ONS estimate for 2016 is 66,000resident in UK - why estimate ? - presumably they came through correct channels rather than refrigerated lorries so there should be accurate figures available

    Given the Novichok and Polonium incidents we may want to ask how many of those 66,000 are sleeper cells
