So what are triangle cities, and are there really seven of them?

Okay, so it's presumably meant to be the Severn Triangle, as in the river, but I've never heard that phrase ever. So Bristol ... and where else? Cardiff? Gloucester?

I lived there for years and I've never heard of it.

And as for Gloucester on the same pay scale as London...
