Moved on to 2nd project after 4 months (appropriate contract schedule etc)

2nd project, significantly better, but has deteriorated after 10 months or so (contracted to xmas, extension talk til end March and beyond)

Would STILL feel guilty leaving at xmas, assuming the extension is officially offered.

Even though my boss (*cough* client co contact, sorry NLUK) is leaving after only 7 months in the job herself, and other permies are moving out of the wider teams into other areas of the business, or leaving the company altogether.

    Can't decide what to do.

    Get your kicks in team!
If you can do your job to a professional standard and as Cojak says, not have your mental health suffer, keep on invoicing, if it turns into a Death March and you get sucked into the panic culture and your mental health suffers leave.

But do remember dress for the job you want, a full Gladiator outfit and a fight to the death for the magical chutney spoon.

If you can answer that one way or another you probably don't need to ask us.
