Also, fire extinguishers are fairly portable and not filled with stinky wee wee - so not the same at all.

Maybe someone dropped a valuable diamond ring down the bowl while taking a leak, and decided not to rely on the landlord's and plumber's honesty in trying to recover it.

Nothing unusual in that. I regularly get fire extinguishers stolen from my properties in the UK. Even with a hi-res picture from HD-CCTV for the plod to work on they are not interested. Useless fskwits.
