When is the next recession ?
Someone told me his apartment in Netherlands doubled in price in 3 years. I have seen prices raise at 10 % a year in other places ...
It is been 10 years since last official recession ... so another must be coming ...
Any recession won't hurt house prices for more than 3 years in my opinion anyway.Tags: None
