    Hello All

    My first post.. one im sure has been asked before..? but hopefully someone can help me please,

    I contracted direct no agent for 2 years for a project as a consultant. Left the company 6 months ago, haven't taken another contract yet. The company now have a perm role which is the same department but completely different role - if I went for the position and was successful am I in danger re IR35 ?

    Your help really would be much appreciated
