Tell you something, if that was my kindergarten I'd have no problem emptying the magazine in his direction either. When you threaten children with a lethal weapon you should expect a lethal response. This was news to him judging by his expression after he was shot.

I would have preferred he hadn't died but I see nothing wrong with what she did.

I thought it looked staged at first due to how calm she was being but then I actually read the details and realised she was an off duty police officer with firearms training.
